By downloading, installing, or using the Suha (سُهى) mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Suha is a recipe management application that allows users to import, organize, and store recipes from various sources including social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), websites, images, and plain text. The App uses artificial intelligence to process and organize recipe content. سُهى هو تطبيق لإدارة الوصفات يتيح للمستخدمين استيراد وتنظيم وتخزين الوصفات من مصادر مختلفة بما في ذلك منصات التواصل الاجتماعي (تيك توك، انستقرام، يوتيوب)، المواقع الإلكترونية، الصور، والنص العادي. يستخدم التطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي لمعالجة وتنظيم محتوى الوصفات.
You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. قد يُطلب منك إنشاء حساب لاستخدام ميزات معينة في التطبيق. أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات اعتماد حسابك وعن جميع الأنشطة التي تحدث تحت حسابك. توافق على إخطارنا فورًا بأي استخدام غير مصرح به لحسابك.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App, including recipes, images, and text ("User Content"). You are responsible for ensuring that any content you import from third-party sources complies with applicable copyright laws and terms of service. Suha uses artificial intelligence to process and organize recipe content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated organization and categorization may not always be perfect. You acknowledge that you are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of any AI-processed content. تستخدم سُهى الذكاء الاصطناعي لمعالجة وتنظيم محتوى الوصفات. بينما نسعى للدقة، قد لا تكون التنظيم والتصنيف الناتجة عن الذكاء الاصطناعي مثالية دائمًا. أنت تقر بأنك مسؤول عن مراجعة والتحقق من دقة أي محتوى معالج بالذكاء الاصطناعي.
Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account and are subject to their respective terms and conditions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Suha and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms. توافق على تعويض وإعفاء سُهى ومسؤوليها ومديريها وموظفيها ووكلائها من أي مطالبات أو أضرار أو خسائر أو التزامات ونفقات (بما في ذلك الرسوم القانونية) الناشئة عن استخدامك للتطبيق أو انتهاك هذه الشروط.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
